This role involves a schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week with midweek and weekend call rotations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surgical first assist, particularly in cardiovascular and thoracic cases, and must be proficient in vein and artery harvesting, managing chest tubes, and perioperative patient care in ICU settings.
