Pay rate - $22 / hr.
Responsibilities
Maintains confidential drug and alcohol program records in order to meet DOT and FAA requirements
Receive, review and update daily drug / alcohol test result records for DOT and Company Testing programs
Support D&A Program Analyst in review and update of test records for the Non DOT Random Drug Testing Program
Provide Pre-employment clearances to Talent Services and field managers
Complete requests from other companies for drug / alcohol records on former employees
Verify / add testing records in the Drug & Alcohol system
Prepare follow-up items with regard to affidavits and certificates of corrections to collection vendor
Set up and manage third party vendors for recruitment and hiring managers for pre-employment screens
Review / verify invoices and prepare for Manager's approval
Perform a variety of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly audits and prepare reports for regular internal audits
Prepare audit reports for annual FAA inspections
Interact with HROS, clinic staff, field managers, supervisors and third party vendors
Qualifications
Minimum Age : 18
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Possess the legal right to work in the United States
Above average proficiency in Microsoft suite products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in an administrative / clerical role in an office environment
Excellent organization and time management skills; a driven self-starter
Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with candidates, employees, managers and other stakeholders
Must possess the ability to make sound decisions
Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships across the business
Ability to interpret and explain complex legal and / or regulatory terminology
Ability to analyze and interpret large amounts of data
Knowledge of Windows Office software applications, Word, PowerPoint and Excel with vlookup and formula proficiency
College degree and / or courses in Business Administration, Human Resources or other relevant areas preferred
Certifications in Compliance or Drug and Alcohol Programs desired preferred
Working knowledge of DARMA and SAP is preferred
Previous experience with Drug / Alcohol programs, Compliance, or Human Resources experience is a plus
Working experience dealing with confidential and sensitive information preferred
