We're seeking a Manager of CRM Strategy to lead the development and execution of personalized, data-driven customer engagement programs across owned channels, including email, SMS, app push, and direct mail. This role will sit within the Marketing team and play a cross-functional leadership role in shaping the customer experience and driving loyalty and retention.
What You’ll Do :
Lead CRM strategy and lifecycle marketing initiatives, driving personalized communications using segmentation and predictive modeling.
Manage and optimize campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and direct mail.
Collaborate across departments to align customer engagement strategies with broader business goals.
Oversee project roadmaps and execution of high-impact retention and loyalty programs.
Monitor performance and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Lead and develop a high-performing CRM team and partner closely with internal stakeholders.
What You Bring :
5+ years of CRM, loyalty, or marketing strategy experience—preferably in a retail or consumer-focused environment.
3–5 years of hands-on experience with complex, multi-channel campaign execution.
Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Executive-level communication and presentation abilities.
Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to operate autonomously.
