Chief Medical Officer

Bridges Healthcare, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Chief Medical Officer

20 hours per week / $150,000 per year

PURPOSE and POSITION OVERVIEW

Serve as chief medical officer ensuring high quality medical / psychiatric care in Adult and Child departments.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS and COMPETENCIES

Medical degree from an accredited college or university and a completed residency in psychiatry.

Board Certified / Eligible in Psychiatry.

Current State of Connecticut medical license and State Controlled Substance Registration and a Federal DEA certificate

Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Computer literacy.

Ability to prioritize and organize schedules / demands.

Certification in addiction preferred.
