Your Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out all sales activities to achieve defined commercial objectives for assigned market segment (territory, sector, defined customers, or product line)
  • Contribute to the budget planning process and develop personal revenue forecasts and customer prospects
  • Understand product strategy and consult clients on product applications, technical options, and variants
  • Analyze market trends and report on relevant technologies, customer needs, and competitor activities
  • Develop, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships; establish boundaries for acquisition and negotiation in line with VLS (Value, Limits, Strengths)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including marketing, product management, engineering, and finance) to align sales activities and share market insights
  • Prepare, conduct, and close sales negotiations, including agreements on products, quantities, and pricing terms
  • Monitor, track, and report on sales performance metrics; identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • 5 plus years experience in Automotive
  • Strong negotiating skills to secure favorable terms, resolve conflicts, and close sales with clients while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Technical background (e.g. mechanical / electrical engineering, business administration and engineering)
  • Highly developed understanding of business processes
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
