Group Description : Evercore's Private Capital Advisory (PCA) group is an active secondary market advisor focused on providing independent advice and execution services for the owners and managers of private financial assets. PCA's clients include financial institutions, asset managers, pension funds, endowments, foundations, family offices, and private equity and hedge funds.
What is the Position? Evercore seeks to hire an Administrative Assistant for its Private Capital Advisory (PCA) group in New York. The Administrative Assistant will provide direct support to several mid-level bankers within the team. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver, highly organized, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This individual should be proactive, punctual, and ready to hit the ground running while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
Primary Responsibilities : This role provides the opportunity to support a high-performing investment banking team while gaining exposure to the private markets secondary advisory business. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :

Work Environment : This role is based in New York with standard hours of 8 : 30am - 5 : 30pm or 9 : 00am - 6 : 00pm, with paid overtime as needed. PCA values collaboration, professionalism, and adaptability. The team is positive and highly engaged, offering room for growth and opportunities to contribute beyond traditional administrative duties.
Expected Base Salary Range : $80,000-$85,000
