Tax Manager - Private Equity

Join a single-source provider for fund administration and infrastructure needs for private equity and debt funds! The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all tax-related decisions and activities in the organization. You will help ensure they stay tax-compliant and up-to-date on new tax laws. You must have an understanding of private equity fund structures, including waterfall calculations for determining GP carry.

Responsibilities

• Perform tax research
• Prepare and review tax returns and supervise outsourced and internal tax professionals
• Identify opportunities to minimize the effective tax rate
• Oversee non-income tax compliance
• Prepare for and lead tax audits

Qualifications

This position is located in Boston, with a requirement of 3 days in the office per week.
