JOB SUMMARY
The Business Intelligence and Data Analyst will partner with the Manager of Business Intelligence & Analytics as well as cross- functional leaders and departments on a growth journey by transforming operational data into actionable insights and measurable business value. This role is critical to optimizing performance across Supply Chain (procurement, sales, distribution, operations and finance) and beyond. The ideal candidate brings a mix of technical rigor, data driven mindset, business acumen, and a consultative style to drive decision-making and efficiency across the organization.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a solid technical skill set and the ability to provide hands-on data analysis, modeling and visualization to assist others with making business decisions based on a variety of reasons, including data. Using OneStream, Power BI, internal and external data, this position will drive enterprise-wide reporting and analytics, translating complex data into actionable insights empowering various teams and departments including but not limited to Supply Chain (procurement, sales, distribution, operations, and finance).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive enterprise-wide reporting and analytics, translating complex data into actionable insights that empower all teams making up the Supply Chain (procurement, finance, sales, operations, and distribution).
Understand and analyze interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI or One Steam to track KPIs, operational performance, financial metrics, and business outcomes.
