Front Desk

We have an immediate opening for a permanent, part-time front desk receptionist in a well-established chiropractic clinic in Lake Oswego. This may have the potential for more hours over the next several months.Desired Qualities / Qualifications : We are seeking an energetic, friendly, and detail-oriented individual who shows initiative, and has the ability to multitask and work independently. The individual must have excellent communication skills, practice a healthy lifestyle, and demonstrate an interest in learning more about chiropractic wellness care. A long-term employer / employee relationship is our hope and there is great company growth potential, including increasing work hours if / when the need arises.Job Duties : The job duties consist of greeting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, insurance verification, assisting physician, billing, etc.Marketing / Social Media experience is a plus.Chiropractic and / or medical front office experience is preferred, however on the job training is available for the right person.Hours : This position is needed the following days / times. You will have one hour for lunch : Monday : 9 am - 6 pmWednesdays : 1 pm - 6 pmFridays 9 am - 4 : 30 pm.Compensation : Starting wage of $18-20, depending on experience.Free services : chiropractic, Class IV laser, ultrasound, TENS, neck and lumbar traction, vibration plate.
