DISTRIBUTOR OPERATOR - Asphalt Division

Job Summary

HALL Contracting of Kentucky Inc. has an immediate opening for an Asphalt Distributor Operator . Pay is based on experience; Pay Range is $ 27-$34 / hr

Responsibilities and Duties

Duties of the job include but are not limited to :

  • Spray bituminous liquid asphalt on project sites in accordance with project specifications.
  • Regulate temperatures and bituminous liquid asphalt flow rates.
  • Fill asphalt and burner fuel tanks.
  • Monitor machinery perform daily maintenance checks and minor repairs.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Qualified applicants must have a Class A Commercial Drivers License with Haz-Mat and Tanker endorsements.
  • Applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check MVR check as well as a pre-employment drug screen.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Knowledge of roadway construction material and construction grades
  • Must have reliable transportation.
