Pediatric Nurse Educator

You'll lead meaningful training initiatives, build engaging competency programs, and help teams navigate change through innovative learning strategies.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a trusted resource, mentor, and change agent for clinical staff caring for pediatric patients
• Assess educational needs, develop creative learning experiences, and evaluate outcomes
• Build and deliver interactive competencies using modern teaching and active-learning approaches
• Support onboarding, professional development, and ongoing clinical education for multiple departments
• Help shape practice through evidence-based research, clinical expertise, and collaborative leadership
