– 7a–7p,

– 7p–7a,

– 7a–1p rounding (flexible based on volume)

– 12 patients per shift

– ~10 consults per 24 hours

– ~10 stroke activations per day (shared with APPs)

– Transcranial Doppler (TCD) interpretation

– Lumbar puncture

– General neurology consult procedures

– TNK / mechanical thrombectomy patient management

– Must be self-motivated for heavy stroke volume

– Provider may read TCDs remotely or onsite

– Only stroke-related admits (TNK or mechanical thrombectomy); all others admitted by hospitalist / intensivist

– Last 24 months of case logs for LP and TNK required for presentation
