• This provider will treat patients on-site at Davison and Flint CCA locations
• Additionally, they will treat patients from other GM facilities via telehealth
• The ideal provider is good with working full-time on-site, while being flexible to get additional licenses to help with other facilities.
• GM will help with obtaining new licenses
• Provider must have strong occupational health experience since they will need to see patients remotely
• Active DEA, BLS,
• Malpractice Paid
