Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, and plating
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff while fostering a collaborative work environment
- Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls to meet budget targets
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with management on seasonal menu changes and special events
Qualifications :
