Job Details :

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents on an as-needed basis, ensuring personalized care.
• Collaborate with the therapy team to develop, implement, and modify treatment plans tailored to individual resident needs.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and progress notes.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to support comprehensive care.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
