At Instructional Empowerment (IE) , we’re looking for a passionate, results-oriented educator to step into a dynamic role that blends educational consulting, strategic relationship building, and sales. As a Customer Relationship Specialist (CRS) , you’ll help schools activate and expand their use of IE solutions—including Marzano Evaluation Center (MEC) products—while uncovering new opportunities for engagement and revenue growth.
This isn’t just customer success. It’s customer growth —and you’ll be leading the charge.

What You’ll Be Doing :
🔹 Drive Engagement & Expansion
Support successful adoption of IE and MEC solutions
Identify and execute on expansion opportunities to increase customer lifetime value
🔹 Lead Strategic Relationships
Build trust with school and district leaders
Act as a consultative partner—listening, diagnosing, and recommending new solutions
🔹 Sales & Business Development
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to move leads through the funnel
Use performance data and insights to suggest value-add products and services
Influence retention and renewal conversations through proactive support and planning
🔹 Account Facilitation & Onboarding
Support activation of new accounts
Guide customers through a smooth and strategic onboarding process
🔹 Problem Solving & Internal Advocacy
Represent the voice of the customer internally
Work cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing product improvement
