Job Description :

Under general supervision, the Material Handler is responsible for accurately fulfilling orders for finished manufactured products. This role involves pulling items from the Warehouse and Stockroom, verifying model, part number, and serial number information against material documents, and preparing shipping documents and mailing labels for pulled items.

Key Responsibilities :

Pull and verify products from Warehouse and Stockroom based on material documents.

Confirm accuracy of model, part number, and serial number information.

Prepare documentation and mailing / shipping labels for materials pulled.

Maintain accurate inventory records of pulled products against itemized lists.

Perform verification and cycle counts of materials.

Place items in designated staging areas for shipment or further processing.

Report any discrepancies or issues to supervision during itemized list verification.

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to follow established procedures and meet deadlines.

Basic computer and record-keeping skills preferred.

Prior experience in warehouse, inventory, or materials handling a plus.
