Instructional Designer

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to design and develop eLearning content.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop eLearning modules in collaboration with subject matter experts

Update existing eLearning content and manage the LMS queue for course assignments

Maintain project documentation and assist in creating and editing video content

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

3 years of relevant experience in instructional design and adult learning

Minimum of 2 years of LMS management and eLearning module design experience

Experience with video editing tools, preferably Camtasia

Previous experience in the healthcare or tech / SaaS industry is required
