Role Overview
This HR Business Partner will support the Indiana Department of Health (IDOH) Human Resources team. IDOH is a strategic and fast-paced organization of approximately 900 employees. We are a small HR team of four and work as a close-knit and collaborative group. Therefore, the individual hired for this role is expected to have strong customer service skills, a keen attention to detail, and a healthy sense of urgency to be successful. While not required, work or educational experience in Human Resources is strongly preferred. The HR Business Partner provides transactional support to the HR Director and two Senior HR Business Partners and responds to general inquiries from IDOH staff timely, accurately, and professionally. The salary for this position traditionally starts at $59,800.00 but may be commensurate with education or work experience.
