  • This job qualifies for a $1,500 sign-on bonus, provided the candidate meets the eligibility requirements.

  • What You'll Need :

  • High School Diploma or GED General Studies
  • Successful completion of a North Carolina Board of Nursing Aide I approved training program / competency evaluation
  • Nurse Aide I Registration Division of Facility Services Nurse Aide I Registry
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
  • Preferred : Prior experience
  • Functions :

  • Assist RN in patient care.
  • Perform specialized procedures as directed.
  • Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for all.
  • Ensure accurate, timely patient info sharing.
  • Communicate effectively, positively, and professionally.
  • Provide age-appropriate care per guidelines.
  • Take initiative for growth and development.
  • Physical and Behavioral Requirements :

  • Lift, carry, and push heavy objects.
  • Perform bending, squatting, and standing tasks.
  • Use visual acuity for reading and documentation.
  • Maintain a sense of smell for safety.
  • Utilize a sense of touch to evaluate vital signs.
  • Communicate effectively verbally and audibly.
  • Pay Range

    19.45 - $29.20
