The Northern Nevada Medical Group (NNMG) is seeking a skilled Per Diem Cardiothoracic Surgery NP to join our collaborative surgical team in Reno, NV. This is an ideal opportunity for an NP with first assist certification and endoscopic vein harvesting (EVH) experience who is looking for flexible scheduling and a supportive, high-performing environment.

Position Highlights :

Per diem, flexible schedule to support surgical coverage and patient care

Assist in cardiothoracic surgical procedures, including endoscopic vein harvesting

Participate in pre-operative and post-operative care, inpatient rounding, and first assist in the OR

Qualifications :

NP with active Nevada license (or eligibility)

First Assist Certification / Experience required

Proven experience in Endoscopic Vein Harvesting (EVH)

Strong clinical background in cardiac surgery, CT ICU, or cardiothoracic care

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive hourly rate : $85 $115 / hour, based on experience and scope of work
