Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Clinic - Family Care & Endocrinology

As an LPN, you will be responsible for rooming patients, administering medication, vaccines and tests (flu, strep, Covid, urine, etc.), assisting with annual physicals and managing the in-baskets. You will float between two family care departments and one endocrinology department.

A caregiver in this position works 9 : 45AM - 6 : 15PM with the potential to cover earlier shifts if needed.

A caregiver who excels in this role will :

• Provide professional nursing care to patients.
• Administer medication.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation in medical records and files.
• Complete authorization forms and laboratory requisitions.
• Implement pain management assessments and documentation.
• Adhere to the National Patient Safety Goals as outlined by JCAHO.
• Follow Code Blue protocol.
