Position Overview :
The Salesforce Admin will support major initiatives in the Salesforce and AWS spaces, focusing on reimagining and reimplementing call center, field services, and case management systems. This role involves configuring Salesforce platforms to meet business needs and will also involve some custom Apex coding.

- Configuration / Administration
- Populate data and set up user interfaces
- Create and manage workflows based on requirements provided by business analysts
- Configure platforms to align with business requirements
- Custom Apex development and supporting Salesforce applications
