Accountabilities :

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream programs for strategic accounts, ensuring alignment of scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.

Serve as the primary liaison between delivery teams, clients, and account leadership, translating business objectives into actionable project roadmaps.

Drive operational efficiency by establishing governance frameworks, risk management protocols, and stakeholder communication cadences.

Mentor and coach program managers and delivery teams, fostering professional growth and adoption of best practices.

Collaborate across internal teams, including sales, engineering, and product, to ensure project outcomes are aligned with strategic objectives.

Track and report program and portfolio financials, including revenue, margins, and forecasting, identifying opportunities to improve profitability.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements to boost efficiency and delivery quality.
