Job Overview
This position is for a Senior Vice President in the Central Testing Utility's (CTU) Strategy, Governance, and Automation (SGA) Team. Specifically, this role will be in the Architecture Unit in the SGA. This team is responsible for the end-to-end Architecture to support enterprise wide Monitoring & Testing by providing the right platforms and accurate, reliable reporting and analytics. Architecture Governance Lead - Central Control Capabilities - SVP will be primarily responsible for establishing governance structure around all CCC platforms including - Operating Model between Tech and Testing Teams and establishing communication & training programs.
Responsibilities :
- Establishing routines with CCC Management Team and Controls Technology Teams focusing on aligning priorities for CCC Architecture, status updates on current and upcoming book of work, defects prioritizations and escalations.
- Developing communication model for all CCC platforms.
- Establishing training programs for all CCC platforms
- Primary point of contact for CCC technology book of work and ensure prioritization criteria are defined and evolved to deliver enhancements as per agreed timeline
- Running working groups with Monitoring & Testing teams to collect user feedback and proposed system functionality improvements
- Act as system leader with stakeholders within CCC and outside. This includes - (a) Driving resolution of user queries and concerns, re-prioritizing as necessary and ensuring timely delivery by your team and Technology partner (b) Updating the system user guide and developing release notes (c) Finalizing and publishing technology communications and (d) Delivering User training on new and existing system functionality and the M&T Program
- Ensure all project documentation and Critical Success Factor / KPI information in PTS is up to date and accurate all times.
- Partner with technology and business execution teams to be able to report on budget and investments on all tech spends.
- Engage senior management on tactical and strategic solution development.
- Presenting on the status of the CCC Architecture at management committees
- Understand how components of MCA interact with each other, especially upstream / downstream impacts on Control Testing.
- Serves as a point of contact and subject matter expert on the CTU operating model.
- Lead strategic projects from management as needed.
Qualifications :
