About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Business Intelligence and Analytics to serve as a strategic leader and change agent, driving the transformation of data-driven decision-making across the enterprise. The successful candidate will be accountable for the vision, development, and execution of the organization's business intelligence, analytics, and data infrastructure strategy. This executive role involves leading a high-performing team, overseeing all data systems and governance, and acting as a trusted advisor to executive leadership in identifying insights that fuel business growth, operational efficiency, and innovation. The VP will also be responsible for ensuring that data is a central asset used to shape strategy, improve performance, and enhance customer experience. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields, with a proven track record in a senior BI, analytics, or data strategy role. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for an advanced degree. Technical skills should include deep expertise in data architecture, analytics, and visualization tools, as well as proficiency in data modeling languages and statistical analysis. The role demands a leader with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect data to business impact. Experience in sports, entertainment, or fan-based industries is a plus, and the candidate should be adept at driving a data-first culture and evaluating and implementing BI tools and platforms.
