Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Dispatching a team of Field Service TechniciansMaintaining consistent communication on current status with the Field Service Technicians, Customers, Vendors, and other office staffPrioritizing service calls according to urgency and importanceProactively identifying opportunities to improve the flow of product and laborCoordinating schedules with other Coordinators and Customers, including emergency service requestsManaging the shared dispatch email inboxAnswering, responding to, and directing phone callsDistributing necessary collected information and documents to Field Service Technicians and storing internal collected information for reference, as neededEnsuring accurate documentation and tracking of schedules are maintained in dispatch system and internal cloud storageAssisting with generating scopes of workMaintaining expenses within approved budgetary constraints by utilizing our internal purchase order system and watching costs in the jobPerforming general office workQualifications :
Previous Dispatching experience preferredConstruction industry experience preferredHVAC knowledge preferred, but not requiredMicrosoft Office experience, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and TeamsDemonstrated proficiency in multi-tasking and problem solvingAbility to prioritize tasks in order of urgencyDetail-orientedExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-starter and time management skillsProfessionalismAbility to drive tasks to a conclusionWillingness to learn and ask questionsMinimum high school diploma or equivalentFlexible schedule requiredWage : $22.38-$27.97
