Full Stack Engineer

As we expand our internal tech capabilities, we’re assembling a dynamic, product-minded engineering team from the ground up.CapFront is growing, and we’re expanding our engineering beyond any single platform as we build more custom web and AI-driven systems.

We’re hiring a Lead Full Stack Engineer who can lead and ship - owning projects end-to-end, mentoring others, and delivering hands-on work on the critical path. Salesforce is our primary environment today , so experience building on it and / or integrating with it is strongly preferred . At the same time, a growing share of our roadmap is outside Salesforce , and that trend will continue - so we’re looking for someone excited to build across platforms. Location : Melville, NY (hybrid / on-site depending on fit)

What you’ll do

• Lead delivery end-to-end : clarify requirements, break down work, set milestones, manage risk, and keep stakeholders aligned
• Build and ship full-stack web features and internal tools (frontend + backend)
• Work across systems : Salesforce today, plus an increasing set of custom apps / services and integrations
• Deliver practical AI in production :
• LLM workflows (document intake, summarization, search, copilots)
• Predictive / ML (scoring, forecasting, classification)
• Raise engineering quality : code reviews, testing, documentation, release practices, monitoring / observability
• Mentor engineers / contractors and help scale a pragmatic, high-ownership engineering culture
