The Mission

Launch, grow, and lead Critical Control’s San Diego branch from the ground up. Own the P&L. Build $1.5M+ in new revenue fast. Deliver best-in-class service every single time. You’ll have a Lead Tech and Helper to start, but this is your market to build. You’ll be hiring, training, selling, and executing to set the standard for what a Critical Control branch should look like.

For this role, we estimate a target pay range and budget of [Expected OTE $200k - $300k + Company Vehicle + Gas Card + Entertainment Budget] per annum.
