Sr. Product Manager (Marketing)

We are actively seeking a Sr. Product Manager  to join our team located in Dedham, MA . This is a hybrid position - local applicants only.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive business plans and strategic marketing plans.
• Create a product roadmap to evolve AliMed's product offerings.
• Maintain a deep understanding of customer behavior, competitive dynamics & sales trends.
• Drive new business opportunities across all channels.
• Develop product pricing strategies.
• Coordinate, inspire, train and drive a diverse set of stakeholders towards a common goal.
• Drive product development through innovation aimed at improving customer experience.
• Achieve top / bottom line revenue targets and margin goals.
• Develop and execute training materials for Sales Team.
• Improve brand awareness, identity, and customer engagement.
• Inspire and motivate cross-functional team members.
• Develop meaningful KPIs and metrics to map successful projects, and pivot as needed.
