Position Summary

Your role as a Field Operations Manager is to manage the overall operations and be responsible for the effective and successful management of labor productivity quality control performance metrics and safety measures for your team. This role will report to the Project Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to all Field Operation Managers and Supervisors.
• Manage staffinglevels wages hours contract labor to revenues recruit select train assign schedules coachandtrain field staff
• Work closely with Project Managerand management team to set and / or implement policies procedures processes budgets as well asfollow through with implementation.
• Develop operations systemsenforce and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for completing work equipment utilizationand equipment / inventory management
• Communicate with customers and safety department to ensure all processes remain compliant with OSHA and other governmental regulationsandensure that the project safety goals aremetand training is completed
