Insurance Sales
The Personal Lines Producer is a sales position responsible for driving new business revenue growth of personal lines clients through various channels. This role is expected to establish additional wins through self-generated referral systems, centers of influence and community engagement / interaction.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Achieve new business sales goals on an annualized basis based
- Create positive synergy and pursue cross-selling opportunities with other practices to meet revenue growth targets
- Generate sufficient new business leads and first appointment activity volume.
- Identify and overcome sales obstacles on a prospect-specific basis
- Utilize CRM to support the sales process- including input of accurate and timely information relative to first appointments, follow-up's etc.
- Develop and deploy sales / marketing strategies to optimize the company position in the marketplace
- Work collaboratively with the account management team
