Base salary - $210,000

20,000 signing bonus

Paid malpractice

Paid health, vision and dental insurance for the family

Paid life and disability insurance for the physician

22 12-hour days vacation

Three strong pension plans

Relocation assistance

CME ($6,000 annually)

7 on-7 off schedule

avg. 15 patients

no call

Medical Director of program has been employed here since 1996

Program will include Director and three physicians with the expectation to expand in 2011
