We are partnering with a growing real estate investment firm to hire an Administrative Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a stable and flexible career in a professional, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to the CFO, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Assist with maintaining records, reports, and files for accounting and investment activities.
- Support special projects and help streamline office operations.
- Learn and assist with basic bookkeeping and financial processes (mentorship and training will be provided).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn new systems.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Interest in learning bookkeeping and finance-related tasks.What We Offer
