Real Estate Paralegal

OVERVIEW

The Real Estate Paralegal at Cravath supports and assists the Corporate M&A Real Estate attorneys through all phases of their transactions, from the signing of commitment documents through post-closing matters.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifies, reviews and summarizes relevant documents for the Real Estate group;
• Organizes and reviews large volumes of documents to record findings;
• Assists with the drafting due diligence memos;
• Drafts, reviews and revises disclosure schedules;
• Conducts research to obtain relevant real property information;
• Drafts closing documents such as consent and notice letters;
• Conducts document management by saving documents to iManage and creating redlines;
• Completes other ad hoc tasks requested by the Real Estate attorneys;
• Frequently interacts with partners, associates and clients; and
• Performs other duties, as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

This position is located in our New York office, and currently has a hybrid work schedule, but that is subject to change. The estimated salary range for this position is $68,000 to $95,000 plus overtime.
