Salary : $83,200 - 83,200 per year

• We seek candidates who are fluent in English and proficient in either Python or JavaScript. A bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) is preferred. Attention to detail is essential, along with outstanding writing and grammar skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating a variety of problems and solutions for our coding chatbot. You will write high-quality responses and code snippets while evaluating the code produced by AI models for accuracy and performance.

We are on the lookout for skilled programmers to become part of our team to train our AI chatbots in coding. You will collaborate with the chatbots we are developing to track their progress and assess code quality. To qualify for this position, you must be adept in at least one programming language or framework, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, HTML / CSS, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, SQL, or Swift, to address coding challenges effectively (similar to LeetCode, HackerRank, etc.). You should be able to articulate how your solutions address these problems.

During the application process, you will need to complete an assessment. If successful, you will gain access to ongoing projects. Based on the quality of your contributions, you may receive regular projects. Our most successful candidates typically work between 5-20 hours per week, with the possibility of up to 40 hours.

This position is fully remote and can be either full-time or part-time. You will have the flexibility to choose the projects that interest you and set your own schedule. Compensation is based on an hourly rate, and there are bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.
