Job Description

Prodware Solutions LLC is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist Level II for a travel job in Bronx, New York.

Location : Bronx, NY

Facility : Jacobi Medical Center

Work Schedule :

Monday through Friday.

8 : 00 AM-4 : 00 PM

Start Date : 01 / 01 – ASAP

Contract Length : 13 weeks

Qualifications

Education :

  • Associates degree from a Radiologic Technology program

    • Licensure / Certification :

    Valid license as a radiologic technologist issued by NYSDOH

    American Heart Association BLS

    Advanced-Level Certification from ARRT to include one of the following : -ARRT (CI) - Cardiac Interventional Radiology. -ARRT (CV) - Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology. -ARRT (VI) - Vascular Interventional Radiology. Preferred

    Experience :

  • Minimum one (1) year of experience using angiographic equipment, balloon angioplasty and stenting

    • Job Summary

    An interventional radiology technologist will assists interventional radiologists with minimally invasive, image-guided procedures that use instruments to treat conditions in the body. They are responsible for operating and maintaining specialized imaging equipment, administering contrast dyes, and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure.

  • Guaranteed hours (e.g., 36–40 hours per week, if applicable)\n
  • Shift expectations (floating between shifts, weekend / holiday expectations if any)\n
  • Floating requirements (to satellites, outpatient centers, etc.)\n
  • Scrub color\n
  • Parking info (free employee parking, specific lot, etc.)\n
  • Orientation details (length, paid, department-specific)\n
  • Equipment used (Hologic, GE, Siemens, etc.)\n
  • Patient volume (approx. exams / day)\n
  • Call requirements (if none, that’s helpful to state too)\n
  • EMR / PACS systems used (Epic, Cerner, Sectra, McKesson, etc.)\n
  • COVID / Flu vaccine requirements\n
  • Background / drug screening expectations\n
  • Extensions (possible / not likely)\n
  • First-time traveler acceptance
