Position Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cook to join our kitchen team. The Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food according to recipes, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting the overall efficiency of the kitchen. This position requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and cook menu items to established standards and recipes.
- Ensure all food is handled, stored, and prepared safely and properly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, kitchen equipment, and food storage areas.
- Assist with receiving, rotating, and stocking food supplies.
- Follow portion and quality control guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and kitchen leadership.
- Support kitchen operations by assisting in other tasks as needed.
