Who You Are

The Director of Marketing will strategically lead and execute comprehensive digital marketing initiatives, emphasizing SEO optimization, digital advertising, and innovative content strategies. This role oversees the Digital Content Manager, Social Media Manager, and external marketing agencies, driving brand growth and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have robust project management experience and proficiency in leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance marketing effectiveness.

What You'll Do

Strategic Marketing Leadership

Develop, implement, and manage data-driven marketing strategies aligned with Resource Furniture’s business goals.
Lead cross-channel marketing initiatives across digital platforms including web, social, email marketing, and paid media.

SEO & Digital Advertising

Oversee SEO strategies, including keyword optimization, technical audits, competitive analysis, and performance reporting.

Strategically plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns (PPC, social ads, display, retargeting).

Content & Social Media Management

Provide leadership and direction to the Digital Content Manager and Social Media Manager, ensuring cohesive branding, audience engagement, and optimized content.\

Collaborate on content creation strategies that enhance organic search performance and digital presence.

Leverage AI-driven tools and platforms to optimize digital marketing efficiency, audience targeting, content personalization, and analytics insights.

Champion adoption of emerging AI technologies within the marketing team to enhance effectiveness and competitive advantage.

Project & Agency Management

Lead marketing project management, setting clear goals, deadlines, and budgets, ensuring seamless execution across internal teams and external partners.

Select, direct, and evaluate external marketing and creative agencies; clearly define project scopes, expectations, and KPIs.

Analytics, Insights & Reporting

Regularly track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Utilize data-driven insights and AI analytics to refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Service teams, aligning marketing strategies to business objectives and customer experience goals.

Foster cross-departmental communication and collaboration to strengthen brand consistency.

What You Bring

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

7+ years of experience in digital marketing leadership roles, specializing in SEO, digital advertising, and project management.

Proven experience managing internal marketing teams, external agencies, and complex marketing projects.

Fluency in AI-powered marketing tools.

Exceptional analytical skills and familiarity with marketing analytics platforms.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities.

Ideal Candidate :

Skilled project manager who excels at coordinating complex initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes.
