POSITION : JUNIOR VARSITY BASEBALL COACH

REPORTS TO : Athletic Director

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS :

• Shall exhibit high moral and ethical conduct and display a positive value system.
• Shall be a positive role model for the athletes.
• Shall be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the sport to be coached.
• Ability to display good judgment in dealing with parents team administration the public and the media.
• Shall be able to serve as an effective mentor / leader.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS :

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : The coach shall be directly responsible to the Athletic Director for the administration supervision and evaluation of matters pertaining to his / her assigned areas of responsibilities. He / she is responsible for the organization coordination and interpretation of the sport being coached.

SALARY : As per contract.
