Event Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Event Sales Coordinator to join our vibrant team. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our events by facilitating a seamless sales process from initial inquiry to final execution. As an Event Sales Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with event planners, vendors, and clients to ensure that every detail is addressed.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include :

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.
  • Identify and target potential clients through networking and outreach initiatives.
  • Conduct detailed consultations to understand client needs and preferences.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and contracts to clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure all event details are executed flawlessly.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual needs.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications include :

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or event coordination, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
