Responsibilities

Work in a customer service capacity providing administrative and clerical support to patients and customers in a medical setting.

Note : Required professional licensure / certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Additional Preferences

2+ yrs experience as medical receptionist, scheduler, and / or patient advocate preferred. Knowledge of insurance, billing, medical terminology, and Epic a plus
