Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and motivated Communication Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic, analytical, and creative skills, with a deep understanding of audience behavior and media consumption. As a Communication Planner, you will develop and execute strategic communication plans to ensure our messages reach the right audience, at the right time, through the most effective channels.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement strategic communication plans to support company initiatives and campaigns, ensuring messages reach the right audience at the right time.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand audience behavior, preferences, and media consumption, including customer behavior and journey mapping.
• Craft targeted messages and select appropriate channels (social media, email, digital ads, traditional media, etc.) to engage the audience effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, creative, and media teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across departments to facilitate cohesive and consistent messaging.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness using KPIs, analytics tools, and customer feedback to optimize future communications.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance communication strategies.

Specialized Skills :

Qualifications :

Education : Typically, Bachelor of Arts degree or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience : Typically, 5 - 8 years of experience in a related field.

Supervisory : No

Our Managers earn between $118,800 - $178,200 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education / training.
