Automation Test Engineer – Manufacturing | Full-Time | Onsite

San Antonio, Texas (Relocation Available)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a medium-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Strong proficiency with :
  • National Instruments LabVIEW
  • TestStand
  • C / C++
  • Experience designing and working with digital and analog circuits for testing.
  • Knowledge of leak decay testing methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical and electromechanical fuel system components , such as :
  • Pressure regulators
  • Carburetors
  • Throttles
  • Fuel delivery components

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Engineering to understand testing requirements for new components.
  • Design automated manufacturing test systems for electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical fuel system products.
  • Troubleshoot and support existing production test equipment across manufacturing lines.
  • Implement design improvements to enhance throughput, quality, and production yield.
  • Develop digital and analog circuitry for test systems using Altium Designer
  • Support new product launches and continuous manufacturing improvements.
