Nuix is Hiring a DevOps Manager for our Pittsburgh, PA office. (Green tree)

Role Overview

As a DevOps Manager at Nuix, you will be instrumental in the development and continuous improvement of our core CI / CD build pipelines for our SaaS and on-premise solutions. This encompasses the entire lifecycle, including the design and implementation of sophisticated build scripts, comprehensive automated testing frameworks, integrated security tooling, and reliable code release processes across multiple platforms within a unified tech stack.

A key focus of your role will be to elevate developer productivity through tooling, practices and frameworks that enable our engineers to deliver maximum value with minimum friction. You will be a technical leader, mentor, and driver of automation, security, and operational stability within our fast-paced, agile environment. In this role, 50% of your time is expected to be in a technical individual contributor capacity, actively participating in design, implementation, and problem-solving.

Location :

This position will be based in our Pittsburgh office.  The candidate is required to attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week but may voluntarily elect to work either remotely or from the Pittsburgh office for the remaining days of the week.

• Lead and develop high-performing DevOps engineers
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth through mentorship programs and skill development initiatives
• Foster virtual communities of practice to share knowledge and best practices across team members
• Provide coaching and mentorship to groom future engineering leaders
• Establish performance metrics and development plans that align with individual career aspirations
