Family Practice - Geriatrics Physician

Downtown Los Angeles Part Time Hours : 1-2 days per week Employed New Graduates Average Patients seen : 16-20 Loan Repayment Compensation : $100 - $125 / hr Benefits : Part-time : California Paid Sick Time (5 days per year), eligible for 401k with 3% employer contributionFull-time : $500 CME stipend and 5 CME days, license / DEA reimbursement, low-cost PPO / HMO medical plans, 23 PTO days, 9 holidays, jury duty pay, life and disability insurance, acupuncture / chiropractic coverage, 3% 401k match, parking / transport subsidies, $500 tuition reimbursement, HSA with HDHP, FSAs, and an Employee Assistance Program. Additional Info : Strongly prefer Spanish fluency and are open to new or recent residency graduates. If you're looking for more days, you may be able to work at another clinc, or potentially split the schedule with the adult clinic. - Must have a current license to practice medicine in the State of California.- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Practice or Internal Medicine.- Must have a current DEA License.- Proficient in English and medical Spanish, preferred.- Must possess a current CPR Certification.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with patients and families.- Experience working with Electronic Medical Records.
