Responsibilities

• Assist patients with exercises ambulation functional activities and use of assistive devices according to the treatment plan established by the Physical Therapist.
• Support Physical Therapist in collecting outcome measures and performing complex treatment procedures.
• Educate patients families and healthcare workers on assigned procedures and functional activities as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Participate in ongoing program evaluation and contribute to program development efforts.
• Maintain thorough timely documentation of all care and interventions provided.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support patient care and clinic operations.
