We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Portfolio & Operations Analyst to support a 6-month project. This role will focus on streamlining operational processes driving efficiencies managing contracts and payments and creating impactful visualizations to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership communication and financial management skills along with a proven ability to navigate a matrixed corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence & Process Optimization
Lead onboarding to tools and processes during the first 90 days identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement.Analyze and enhance workflows across the team and broader organization.Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Apply a change management approach to support transitions to new processes.Visualization & Communication
Develop executive-level presentations and visual reports using PowerPoint.Create dashboards and operational insights using Airtable or similar platforms.Communicate effectively across a matrixed organization including senior leadership.Contract & Financial Management
Manage contract lifecycles including drafting negotiation execution and renewals.Oversee payment processes and vendor relationships.Support budgeting forecasting and financial planning activities.Qualifications
Bachelors degree required.1-2 years minimum experience in operations management or related field.Strong leadership and communication skills especially in navigating matrixed organizations.Expertise in PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.Experience with Airtable and / or Smartsheet .Solid background in financial management (budgeting forecasting planning).Proven experience in SOP documentation and process efficiency.Experience with vendors in a corporate business operations context is ideal.Desired Soft Skills
