Position Summary :

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a key member of AiLO’s executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all daily operations and implementing the company’s strategic vision. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the COO ensures that AiLO’s operational systems, culture, and business processes drive growth, efficiency, and long-term success.

This role requires a dynamic and experienced leader who can align strategic goals with operational execution—empowering teams, optimizing performance, and maintaining AiLO’s reputation for reliability and innovation in logistics.

Objectives of this role :

• Collaborate with the CEO to define and execute AiLO’s organizational vision, mission, and growth strategy.
• Translate strategic plans into actionable operational goals and initiatives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture where employees can thrive and organizational goals are achieved.
• Serve as a key driver of innovation, integrating emerging technologies to streamline logistics and operational systems.
