Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time or Part-Time

Job Description

As part of our mission to pave the way for children’s success worldwide, Therapy Source is currently seeking full-time or part-time  Speech Language Pathologists to provide in-person services for charter school students. These positions are for the current school year.

Position 1 :

• Full-Time or Part-Time
• $65-$73 per hour

Position 2 :

Part-Time (4 days per week)

K-4th grade caseload

$70-$75 per hour

Position 3 :

Full-Time

Maternity Leave Coverage (Starts August 11th or 18th until the end of October / beginning of November, with the possibility of extending)

8 : 00am - 4 : 00pm daily

$65-$73 per hour

Position 4 :

Part-Time

Elementary and middle school students

SLP will need to be available from 8 : 00am-3 : 00pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and an additional 4 hours on either Wednesday (any 4 hours between 8 and 3) or on Fridays (8 : 00 – 12 : 00) Mon, Tues & Thursday are for services and not flexible, but the additional 4 hours for case management, evaluations, and paperwork are flexible

Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications :

School Certification in New Jersey

Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances

Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities May Include :

Addressing personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs which impact educational goals

Providing push-in support in classrooms

Performing evaluations and providing appropriate goals for students that require speech / language therapy.

Providing continued support for students’ Individual Education Programs (IEPs).

Maintaining appropriate records and documentation.

Developing and implementing IEPs

Performing all related work, documentation, and reporting as required.
